Avoid exfoliating 24-48 hours before, skip tanning, and arrive clean. After waxing avoid hot baths, tight clothing, and intense exercise for 24 hours. Use a soothing lotion and gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.
